Come to Me

The Lord reminded me of this one day as I was sitting at church. It was a gentle beckoning to draw near. Which led me to look up the times in scripture when it was used. This open invitation of Jesus the Messiah to come to Him because He will not turn you away (John 6:37). It is His heartbeat of love that says, if you are thirsty, come and drink (John 7:37).  If you are weary, burdened and burnt out, He will give you rest (Matthew 11:28).  He invites you to come to Him for a new life (John 5:40).  He wants you to let the children come to Him and not hinder them (Matthew 19:14).  He knows what our hearts need before we even ask or come. Enjoy!
